From sellers

There is a team of people in the background that jumps into action to sell your house.

We used Jesse & Joe to sell our home. Wow, very professional and helpful group. We dealt with Joe. Very knowledgeable and helpful. But you could tell that other than Joe, there is a team of people in the background that jumps into action to sell your house. The stager was very good and helpful. The pictures, video, brochures... etc. Wow. Would definitely recommend them to anyone selling their home.

Questions

Sellers ASK me

How do you decide on a list price?

I look at recent sales of similar homes, the properties competing for buyers now, and your home’s condition, location and features. We’ll review that evidence together and discuss how the asking price fits your goals. The aim is a price we can explain clearly, with room to reassess as we learn from buyer response.

Should I hold offers or take them as they come?

An offer date can make sense when buyer demand and comparable sales support that approach. In other situations, reviewing offers as they arrive may suit your home and timeline better. I’ll explain the options, including how early offers would be handled, so you can choose an approach based on current conditions.

What does staging cost?

A staging consultation helps us decide what your home needs before it goes on the market. The cost of any further work depends on the scope, such as furniture rental, moving items or other preparation. We’ll review what’s included in your listing plan, what would cost extra and who pays before you commit.

How long will my home take to sell?

The timing depends on your price, property type, condition, location and the competition when you list. I’ll look at recent comparable sales and current activity to give you a realistic view of the market. As showings and feedback come in, we’ll discuss whether anything in the plan needs to change.

What are your fees?

We’ll discuss fees at your consultation, alongside the services and marketing plan for your home. Commission is negotiable, and the agreed arrangement will be recorded in your listing agreement. I’ll explain what you’ll pay, any amount offered toward a buyer’s brokerage fees, applicable taxes and any separately agreed costs before you sign.
